Description

Opi miten kitka aiheuttaa materiaalin lämpenemisen ja sulamisen. Hankaa kahta kappetta yhteen, jolloin ne lämpenevät. Kun toinen kappaleista saavuttaa sulamispisteen lämpötilan, hiukkaset vapautuvat materiaalin sulaessa.

Esimerkkejä oppimistavoitteista

  • Kuvaile kitkan molekyylitason mallia.
  • Kuvaile aine molekyylien liikkeen avulla. Kuvauksessa tulisi olla: Kuvausta tukevia kaavioita, miten hiukkasen massa ja lämpötila vaikuttavat kuvaan, mitä ovat eroavaisuudet ja samankaltaisuudet kiinteän aineen, nesteen ja kaasun hiukkasten liikkeessä; miten kaasumolekyylien koko ja nopeus liittyy arkipäiväisiin kappaleisiin.
