Contribution Description
Moving Man (Inquiry Based)
title
The Moving Man
simulations
The students will use the simulation to learn the goals through an inquiry approach. There is a pre/post test provided.
Learning Goal: Students will be able to accurately interpret and draw position, velocity and acceleration graphs for common situations. Also they will be able to use their own reasoning explain why the graphs look the way. description

"I love this activity. I used it after having students walk the graphs with motion sensors from PASCO. The PASCO activity dealt with distance/time graphs - whereas this activity took it to the next level. The students were able to see the connections between all 3 types of graphs." - Debbie Gilbert
